We were appointed to develop the marketing strategy for Field House in Dewsbury. The redevelopment sees the creation of new one, two and three bedroom apartments.
The building was renamed Station Apartments and the brand uses an architectural stone feature as a symbol. The marketing strategy focuses on the spacious offering of the apartments and the strong connections to the railway station and the proposed tranformation of Dewsbury.
The project is ongoing and due onsite in 2024.
