Beverley Court : York

Client : Inglehurst Property Ltd

We were approached by Inglehurst Property Ltd to develop a marketing strategy for Beverley Court on Shipton Road in York.

Beverley Court is an exciting new residential development which will provide 21 unique, luxury apartments and will see the refurbishment of Beverley House and three new buildings. Located on Shipton Road, only one mile from the centre of York and overlooking Homestead Park.

The development was named Beverley Court and the brand uses the building footprint as an icon to reveal the new build elements, which are not visible from the Shipton Road. The original pitched roofs of Beverley House also provided inspiration. The 4 blocks are named Beverley House, as per the existing, Appleton House after a previous resident, Homestead View, which looks onto Homestead Park and Seebohm Lodge, paying tribute to Seebohm Rowntree, Joseph Rowntree’s son and an eminent social reformer.

As part of the marketing campaign we produced a marketing brochure, website, promotional film, onsite signage and marketing floor plans.
