Mount Royal : York

Oakgate Group have submitted plans to turn an empty hotel on the Mount in York into four homes, converting the hotel itself into two villas, with two modern homes built in the grounds.

Royal Pilgrim Design were appointed to develop the branding strategy for the development, creating an overall brand and individual brands for the two refurbished villas, ‘Daresbury Villa’ and ‘Beech Villa’ and a further brand for the new build with in the grounds, named ‘Mount Royal, Mews’.

The logo design incorpprates the existing buildings shape and the royal name and is designed to be a strong emblem for the development.
