Pannal House Farm is a unique development of 5 homes by award winning bespoke developer Wharfedale Homes.

We were appointed to develop an overall brand for the development and 5 sub brands for the individual properties. The properties allow the potential buyers to be involved in the customisation of the homes and the development is in a prominent area of Yorkshire and this is showcaed in the brochure and social media strategy. We also development a bespoke interactive map, working with the 3D visualiser to create a walk through of each home.

The development has been successful and has generated a wide range of inerest.
